Slow K 600mg Daily
metoprolol 50mg Daily
metformin 500mg BD
glyceryl trinitrate(GTN) sublingual PRN
ceftriaxone 1G Daily for 3/7
salbutamol 5mg 4/24 +PRN via nebuliser
Allergies Penicillin
